Washbourn & Garrett offer powder coating services to all industries, catering for both high and low volume work. Equipped with a overhead track, cleaner and oven curing facilities as well as highly skilled staff the company offers a range of finishes.
Our powder coating facility was originally
installed for Marks & Spencer's work and our paint quality is
approved by Bentley Cars.
High Quality: As well as using some of the best
powders on the market we also offer specialist pre-treatment
services such as vapour degreasing prior to painting.
Large Capacity: Our facilities are suitable for
large items up to 3m in length and 2m high such as railings,
furniture items, gates, bespoke items and other architectural
components as well as having the capacity for high volume batch
processing.
Fast Quotations: We generally offer a 24 hour turn
around on quotations, pricing by the meter for strips less than 3cm
wide or by surface area for other items. Drawings are generally
